The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining area is ideal for sharing dinner, game nights, or planning your next beach day.
Step into the living room and sink into comfortable seating after a day in the sun. A pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space, and large windows fill the condo with natural light, creating a warm, airy feel throughout. From here, step out onto your private balcony also accessible from the primary bedroom. Enjoy fresh Gulf breezes and water views.
The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for guests or family, with easy access to a second full bathroom just off the hallway.
For added convenience, you’ll also enjoy in-unit laundry, making longer stays effortless and stress-free.
Whether you`re sipping coffee on the balcony, relaxing after a beach day, or enjoying time together indoors, this penthouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and coastal charm.
Guests will have access to the full condo as well as most of the resort amenities at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites. This includes access to the beachfront heated pool, hot tub, and kids’ zero-entry pool, along with direct beach access to the white sands of Treasure Island.
Additional on-site amenities available to guests include a fitness center, Tiki bar, and café/restaurant, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a drink without leaving the property.
The resort also provides one (1) parking space per reservation. Please note that parking is limited and additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Guests will also have access to the resort’s public Wi-Fi network and basic cable TV channels are accessible. Note, streaming capabilities are not available currently on TVs.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to make trips to the sand easy and enjoyable.
Parking: The resort allows one (1) vehicle per reservation only. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated due to limited parking.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided through the resort and is a shared/public network operated by the property.
Television: TVs include basic cable channels only. Streaming services are not available on the televisions.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
