The hosts were great amd very responsive to a few small issues. The condo was just right for the 2 of us. The sleeper sofa wasnt the best to sit on. There were TV's in every room, a nice porch. The only downside was the complex was getting repainted and they had stairwells blocked on and off the entire stay. This had nothing to do with hosts, they had no control over that. 1 pool, 2 hot tubs and plenty of chairs. Too bad the weather wasnt a little better.

Host was excellent. Very responsive and when the resort had painted the walk way, she arranged for us to stay in another condo and refunded one night.

The property has potential however, we had several issues with the unit that should have already been addressed before we even checked in if someone was maintaining it better and checking to make sure that people were doing their job. Also, the complex needs to have someone watching the property better. Guests were dropping and spitting things over the balconies onto the cars below ( gum, sand cigarettes etc ). I will say Chad was very responsive and did a great job trying to help resolve the issues we had with the unit he deserves a 5 rating for that. The beautiful beach gets a 5 rating as well.
