Looking for family adventure? This multi-level home in Montgomery Estates is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just off Pioneer Trail and within walking distance of many other hiking excursions. Heavenly Mountain, Stateline casinos and South Tahoe beaches are all within 5 miles. Accommodating a family of 10, this new home features 2 primary bedrooms, 4 king beds, pool table, video games, a large HDTV and pinball machine.
The home has comfortable sleeping & dining space for a family of 10. We can host a maximum of 8 people over the age of 5, 10 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.
Tucked into a peaceful, forested neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe, this home offers a classic mountain setting with easy access to the best of the South Shore. Guests can enjoy a quieter, residential feel while still being within convenient reach of Heavenly’s skiing and village attractions, local beaches, dining, shopping, and year-round outdoor adventure. The great room is complete with a pool table & 2 decks, giving you your choice of outdoor views.
The dining area was definitely designed with socializing in mind! The island has a built-in 5-burner gas range, plenty of granite counter space, & bar stool seating for five. The dining table has room for ten--6 chairs & a bench comfortable for 4. Your family will never have to choose between cooking delicious meals & spending quality time together in a comfortable kitchen space for all.
The home’s 5 bedrooms offer comfort & privacy, ensuring a great night sleep for everyone. BD 1 on the second floor has a king bed, windows overlooking Marshall Trail & an ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks & a walk-in shower. The kids will love BD 2 on the second floor, complete w/ an arcade game & two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.
To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers (pickup Friday; instructions provided)

We had a great stay at this South Lake Tahoe home and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip. The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described, with a smooth check-in process and great communication from the host. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and the pool table and hot tub were huge highlights that everyone enjoyed.The location was quiet and peaceful while still being close to Heavenly, beaches, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer. Overall, this was a comfortable, fun, and stress-free stay — we’d definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The windows were spotless which made site lines very nice. The product used on the kitchen table made it sticky. The first time we stayed in Tahoe with the Hot Tub ready to go! The longer we stayed the more comfortable we became with the home. The dynamic pricing for the holiday is a little out of control. We will visit next year but not during the Holidays. The fire/smoke detectors were an issue but after several calls they were repaired.

We didn't use the Hot tub.The kitchen was well equipped.Too many stairs, especially for my pregnant daughter in law.The house was very beautiful. And it was very centrally located.
