Heavenly Mountain, Stateline casinos, and South Tahoe beaches are all within 5 miles. This home features 2 primary bedrooms, 4 king beds, a pool table, arcade-style pinball, Pac-Man, and a large HDTV.
The grandeur of this hillside, multi-level home is undeniable. Large, wood-framed windows fill common areas with natural light & fabulous forest views. The open-concept great room on the 3rd floor boasts a stone fireplace, cozy leather sectional for 6, & 2 comfy club chairs — perfect for watching movies on the large HDTV after a long day on the slopes. The great room is complete with a pool table & 2 decks.
The dining area was designed with socializing in mind. The island has a built-in 5-burner gas range, plenty of granite counter space, & bar stool seating for five. The dining table has room for ten — 6 chairs & a bench comfortable for 4.

This home was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm and comfortable and plenty of space for 2 families with 3 kids (7 total)- we all had our own rooms and spacious bathrooms. We all loved playing pool and sitting in the spa after a day on the mountain. We made dinner every night and the kitchen has everything you need. We drove to the mountain each day and parked behind Target ($20/all day). The drive was only 7 minutes from the house. We loved Heavenly, and this home was perfect! We would book here again on our next visit.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. We visited for a ski weekend event and were thrilled at the location which was exactly 10mins from Hwy 50 (the main strip) and all of the shops, Heavenly Village and the casinos. This made the trip great. The house is extremely well-kept and spacious. Our group of 8 adults was very comfortable across the 5 bedrooms and the shared common spaces. We loved gathering in the backyard and some of us enjoyed the hottub, which was a treat. A few minor things: 1) The garage is meant for 2 small cars. (Fyi). - My mid-size Nissan Rogue couldn't fit (without scrathing) with my sister's Scion but the driveway served just as well. 2) One of the smoke detectors was indicating a low battery and we heard continuous beeping throughout the trip. - In fairness, when I mentioned it (on the last day of the trip), someone responded immediately with guidance on replacing the batteries (which I did not do). 3) A few of the appliances (2) weren't working. - These weren't a hinderance on our time. Just points to note. 4) Lastly, the stairs are not for the weak. Orherwise, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

House has a good layout and is well stocked. Hot tub was great. Had everything you would need to make home cooked meals after long days on the slopes.
