Klodge is a professional real estate agency specializing in short-term holiday rentals.Online Check-in and Rental Contract After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests). All data is handled in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Guests must sign a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided before arrival.Key Collection

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the correct waste bags and ensure proper disposal of all waste before departure.
