Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall good stay. I read all the reviews and chose to make my own opinion. Everything worked no issues there. Could use an update as is outdated, but It served its purpose so no major complaints. Location is perfect.

It’s a great rental property with an amazing view, close to the inlet and has all the basic necessities. If you are looking for a place to hang out between ventures to the beach and activities, it’s perfect. If you expect 50 LED TVs and USB plugs everywhere, it’s not your place.

The apartment was clean. The furnishings were a little dated though. Appreciated the Keurig coffeemaker. Wished that there had been a blow dryer furnished. Small inconvenience. Had a great time and will definitely book another stay at this property.
