A little run down. Great access to the beach

The unit is in a great location and really enjoyed my time in Jupiter. The owner was very nice and available.I stayed for six weeks which is a lengthy and costly venture. When spending that kind of money I would expect some basics. *Do not feel asking for everything needed is comfortable or reasonable.*As a VRBO Owner in another area of FL, this home would need a few adjustments to accommodate long term guest. Suggest:Hangers in the closet. I did ask for them and received 6 of the crappiest hangers, didn't want to ask again. Decent hangers can be purchased at any dollar store. I had to buy my own to accommodate 6 weeks of stay. The pillows were 12" thick and hard, not usable for sleeping. I used the decorator pillows pulling them out of their covers and putting pillowcases on those.Kitchen: Basic cookware needed. Of the few pots/pans there I only wanted to use a few as the others were just too aged or peeling. When staying 6 weeks you do cook so very much needed. There were only 3 wine glasses and no other glassware for adult beverages. There wasn't a shaker to make a mixed drink. My friend brought me a mason jar w/a lid to mix drink. I left that behind for the next guest along with a paper towel holder.Beach chairs are desperately needed the lawn chairs for the unit are just awful for the beach. I would also add a few beach towels and maybe a small basic cooler bag.I hope this review is not taken too harshly it is a nice enough place and the owner really nice.

We so enjoyed our time in Jupiter along with the excellent accommodations and host Perry Strait. Check in was easy and seamless with additional use of surfing and beach equipment available for use. I would highly recommend Perry and his property for anyone in the future. Best decision we ever made.
