* Close distance to Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, pharmacies, and grocery stores
Guest Access:
The entire property is private.
Other Things to Note:
To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
Please note that the pool is not heated and all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.
Other things to note
**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors are allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have a front-door security camera. It's recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.
Interaction with Guests:
As your host, I'll be available from 8AM to 10PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform, but if you have an immediate need, you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel.

This house was perfect for our trip! Location was everything! Although we ate most meals out, the kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking. Made great use of the washer and dryer. Will definitely book this property again!

Beds were comfy and the space was good. Only thing would be more towels. We had to wash towels every other day. But overall a nice place quiet clean and comfortable.

Our host was very welcoming and attentive to our requests. The house was perfect for our needs. It is in a geeat area, close to attractions, food, beaches and parks. Thanks for a wonderful time.
