About this house rental
This all-brick cottage is surrounded by 200-year-old large live oaks draped in Spanish moss, overlooking a small creek, resembling a fairytale. Located in Murrells Inlet Proper, a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. A lovely all-brick mid-century home with incredible updates including a spacious and stunning modern kitchen, large formal dining area, coffee bar, open living area, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one and a half bathrooms- which is actually two half-baths that share a large, tiled walk-in spa shower in between with full privacy doors. There is a sunroom overlooking the backyard & rear patio with outdoor furnishings and propane grill. Dog Friendly!
The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

This sweet little cottage is definitely a gem conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, I can only give this property a 4 star rating due to several issues we encountered. We arrived at the property at 2:45p and knew we had to wait til 3p to enter the rental. The cleaning lady was there and said she was late getting started and it would be a few extra minutes past check-in time before she finished. We were not happy, but waited patiently for her to finish. We were able to access the property at 3:35p, well beyond the stated check-in time. The house smelled moldy due to the cleaning lady using a black moldy mop with dirty water as well as several appliances being left dirty. The sliding doors to the Jack-n-Jill shower do not lock, the sink stopper in one of the bathrooms is broken and a vanity glass light cover is broken in the other bathroom. I am hopeful these issues will be addressed so future guests can enjoy this sweet little property.

Fantastic home and host! Murrells Inlet is charming and our stay was wonderful! Communication was excellent! I do hope to be back again. Thank you for a great week!

This was our second time staying here we absolutely love it!! House is very clean and inviting with plenty of room and we are able to bring our dogs which is a huge plus. The host is quick to respond with any questions. Great location close to food and grocery stores. We hope to stay there again next year.
