About this house rental
A classic cottage with mature landscaping, located in Murrells Inlet Proper. This welcoming two-bedroom home is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. This house was lovingly and mindfully refurbished with a large living area overlooking the beautiful patio, landscaping and small creek. The split floor plan features two bedrooms each with a queen bed; sleeps up to four guests comfortably. This home has one full bathroom, a laundry area, a dining area and a rear ramp for accessibility, easy loading/unloading. Dog Friendly! The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the poker table and the central air made it comfortable during the hot days. It was a great location, walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. The landscape was beautiful with all the weeping willow trees. Not to mention the delicious cookies that were left by the host, yum! The only complaint was there was a muskie smell in the bathroom. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from but maybe it was just the pipes. Otherwise, great stay!! Thank you!

The home is in a great location. The pictures were close to what the actual place looked like. The large picture on the wall was missing and the hooks still on the wall. No lamps in the main room. The bed in the bedroom by the bathroom is very uncomfortable and the bed makes very loud noise when you barely move. The other bed is good. Unfortunately the smell in the home is not the best. It smells like old plumbing and this was mentioned in a previous review but was told it was taken care of. The back yard is beautiful with the Spanish moss but the table and chairs shown online was fithly and the patio was dirty and not touched. Disappointed - knowing someone checking in I don't understand. They have a building in the back where employees come and go, so you hear and see them as you share a driveway.
