Thanks to Debbie. She was extremely responsive to all of my Q’s. The only disadvantage I would say is not having an AC unit which they had already mentioned as it got hot a few days. Other than that view is great and with convenience to shops nearby.

I have stayed in better appointed Kulakane units, though this one has newly installed floors. I am informed it is up for sale. Too bad the County of Maui is dragging it's governmental feet regarding repairs to the seawall and the area right behind it. 3 years is ridiculous
