About this house rental

This charming villa, with a capacity of 8 people, covers an area of 140m².
At the front of the house is a 300m² garden with trees. At the back of the cottage there is a private swimming pool of 4m x 8m.
You will find near the cottage (200 meters), a bakery (Aux pains de Julien) and a small grocery store (Proxi). In the center of Roaix (1 km away), a nice restaurant ("L'as de coeur") is unanimously appreciated by gourmets!
The cottage is located not far from Vaison-la-Romaine (5 minutes by car) where you will find different types of shops as well as many bars and restaurants. On Tuesday mornings, don't hesitate to go and visit its typical Provençal market.
