Summit 812 is the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo you’ve been searching for! This beautifully updated space features a new sectional sleeper sofa, fresh living room tables, and a new dining table.
Immediately to your left as you enter, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The spacious dining table comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Step through the living room onto the private balcony, where comfortable seating allows you to relax and enjoy lush resort views along with a peek-a-boo glimpse of the sparkling Gulf waters.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access, letting you wake up to serene views. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. I loved staying here! I would definitely use this location again! Easy access to beaches and waking distance to many things. The inside was very clean and nice. There was everything there needed to feel like home! The host was also very quick and responsive!

This condo was better than we imagined! It accommodated my family of 6 perfectly I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The views are stunning, everything was super clean and stocked. It is so spacious and super close to beach! The pools were our favorite hangout spots! The check in/out process was so smooth and the communication was outstanding. The owners were so kind to reschedule us after we were worried about hurricane beryl. It was our first time in Miramar and we are definitely booking this property again!

Gibson was very easy to work with from start to finish. I emailed them a couple of days in advance and requested an early check-in. There was a reservation prior to ours so it was unlikely, although they would try. We arrived in town very early that morning and check-in wasn't until 4pm. I received a text around 2pm notifying us that we could check-in early, which was great news considering we were entertaining a 3 year old and two teenagers in the meantime. I texted Gibson a couple of times during our stay with different requests and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to work with!

Stayed in March w/ family of 5. Check-in easy and stay was great. Location and view were perfect. Centrally located to wharf and not far drive to downtown Destin for evening out. Only complaint would wish more amenities were available to those residing in Summit vs those available to Tides / Beach Manor. But, definately would book another stay here while in Destin!
