🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ No smoking in common areas (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, pipes, cigars, etc.).
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located at the front east side of the building.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM

This is a wonderful clean condo and has everything you need for a relaxing great vacation. Communication with the owners is the best I have ever experienced.

Great condo in a great location! We enjoy The Lighthouse property; in a convenient location and many amenities. This was our second stay in this particular condo and will definitely hope to be back. It has everything you need and is very comfortable.
