While the house itself was clean, I found the dishes greasy and cutlery dirty. The towels and wash cloths were stained. I've stayed in other VRBO propertys and never had this problem. I was also expected to wash as much of my linens as possible, before checkout. No supplies were left for my use. Also, I have never gone through a Real estate company before while using VRBO, and thought this odd.The Villa was conveniently located to my friends home, so the golf cart was an easy form of transportation. My overall stay in the villa was enjoyed.

A place that met our needs. Nice neighborhood, close to pool/shopping and driving range!Staff were great in addressing any issues that arose. Even after we left they were kind enough to check on an item we thought we left...thanks!
