This is our 2/2 property in Buttonwood with a gas cart. Nicely furnished, freshly painted with washer/dryer and vaulted ceilings. This patio villa is in a highly desirable area. Walking/cart distance to the Fishhawk pool & rec center and many golf courses. Not to mention the Sumter Landing town square which is nearby.
In order to access pools and rec centers in The Villages you will need a guest pass. I need to send paperwork with your name and address as it appears on your picture ID. The Villages charges $50 which covers you and your guests during the entirety of your stay. The Villages has 3 town squares each with free live music from 6 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares.
4.8 miles to Lake Sumter Landing
5.8 miles to Brownwood
7.5 miles to Spanish Springs
Feel free to utilize our property as if it were your home. There are 82 swimming pools, one a block away which is heated. Lots of recreation centers, golf, pickle ball, tennis, polo, music and dancing in the squares. One hour from Disneyworld and close to the beaches. If we’re in town we will pick you up from the airport if you need a ride for free. Just let us know. $75 pet fee/$75 fee per night for 5th guest.

Well we actually didn't stay in that house. When we got there it wasn't cleaned and they couldn't get in touch with the owner so they put us in one of their relatives houses around the corner it was a very nice house

We enjoyed our visit to “The Salty Dog Retreat”. We were located just around the corner from the family we were visiting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed all the fun decor. Thank you for hosting us during our visit to The Villages.
