July is a tough time for heat in the afternoon as it takes awhile for the house to cool down. Definitely need extra fans in all room. Ceiling fans were not enough to keep the air moving.

Beautiful rental. Lovely area. Just a short walk to the lake and downtown. We saw multiple elk pass by. Also enjoyed the outside space. Host offered good suggestions for the area.

Great condo with a roomy layout and nice views of mountains and trees. Stocked with everything we needed. Excellent location that made getting to all the places we wanted to go in Estes Park and RMNP easy and quick to access.
