We were in town for appointments at Mayo and this apartment was perfect for our needs! Everything was very clean and exactly as the listing showed in the pictures. The dorm size fridge actually had a separate freezer section that let me keep my ice packs frozen in case I needed them for the trip home for any leftovers. Beds were comfy…shower area was beautifully tiled…loved that the shower/toilet area was separate from the sink to enable 2 people to get ready at same time.
Managers were quick and very responsive to any questions. Checkin instructions were clear and easy!
Walking to Mayo was about a 5 minutes (maybe 10 for an older person).
Definitely would stay here again!

This property is very convenient to mayo.
It was clean but is small l...more accurately I think it was a studio....no bedroom door or closet. actually there was a bar with a 12-18 inch deep nook that you may be able to hang cloths, but no hangers or dresser in unit). We stayed a week probably best for shorter stays. (Kitchenette....dorm room size frig and no oven). The unit is air conditioned but owner controlled temp. This was abit ackward because I felt like I had to let the owners know our plans for the day/night (mostly we were gone in mormings early but back at night to sleep) We could not turn off air when 'when we werent there. Ultimately, the owner said that they would just leave it cool 69/70, which was great for overnight. I think that's owner has seceral properties and we would like to try another one. The location is excellent. I just have to ask more questions in advance. Thanks for asking for our input
