About this house rental

🚩30 day minimum rental per town of longboat key 🚩Quiet beach house tucked away in the historic Longboat Village in walking distance to the beach and some of the top restaurants on the island. Fully remodeled home with all the amenities included - TV, wireless internet, cable, water, and electric. After a day at the beach enjoy a nice dinner outside in a screened in lanai and an evening by the fire in the outdoor fire pit. RRR.01202.2024

The yard had rusty metal, bad outdoor furniture, dangerous chunks, bad for children or pets. The setting was good, but the yard was badly neglected. Inside was clean and pleasant. Fridge freezes things, easily fixable. We like the neighborhood. Yard needs attention. Could be charming.

Yes the wandering wild peacocks were an interesting addition. The house was adequate for our needs. There was no grill that had been listed. We were unable to lock one of the doors which was a concern, and did not hear back from Will when we told him. Overall had a good time!
