Completely new studio: Our studio has been recently renovated to offer a luxury and modern space.
Central location: You will be ideally located to explore Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants, and tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Kitchen Facilities: The studio is equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.
Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.
Smart tv, Wi-fi
A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, irons, and ironing boards is available free of charge in the building.

Perfect for a couple days. It is a small space. No place for suitcases, and getting in and out of the bathroom requires stepping in the shower. The only issue we had was we were guaranteed no stairs, and we had to climb a flight of stairs with our luggage. Location was great though.

The good things: Host was very responsive to questions and allowed us to store our luggage at site before check in.
Location is fantastic very close to RER (on the line from CDG airport) and Metro, maximum 5 minutes walk. Louvre 3-5 minutes, Seine 5-7 mins.
Communal area: looks worn
Room very compact but well kitted out fridge, microwave, crockery etc but you would have to sit on the bed. The room works for small people but would be tight if you don’t fall into that grouping. To get into the toilet you have to step into the shower then close the door.
We had 02 the only window was into the light well but we weren’t going for a view.
The door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t shut and the shower head leaked from above, but for that it would have been a good shower.
Storage of luggage is available at an office about 10 minutes walk away after 10am.

This home away from home was the perfect size for me. It was clean and smelled great. Strategically placed near the Louvre, Cafes, and stores. Great location for walking and getting out to see the city. I’d stay here every time that I’m in Paris. 10 out of 10

The location can't get much better unless you were staying IN the Louvre. Clean, but narrow stair climb and the space is small. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.
