Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, Anastasia #112 is the perfect choice for your St. Augustine beach vacation! This 1200-square foot two-bedroom/two-bath property is just steps from the private gated walkover to gorgeous views of the Atlantic and the white sands of St. Augustine Beach and a short 10-minute drive to downtown historic St. Augustine. This condo comfortably sleeps six and has and upgraded primary bath, updated flooring, countertops and appliances to its linens and furniture.
The primary suite includes a king size bed with private upgraded en-suite bathroom with shower and granite countertops with two sinks, plus a generous walk-in closet, black out curtains, and access to the private screened lanai. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and twin bunk beds with under-bed storage and a generous walk-in closet.
With both Publix and Win Dixie supermarkets close by, the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a new side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and dishwasher, and generous granite counter prep and serving space that includes breakfast bar. From microwave and side-by-side coffee maker, to non-stick cookware, utensils, and dishes, nothing has been overlooked. The dining set seats six and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal or a game in the evening.
Flat screen TVs are featured in both bedrooms and the living room and include Xfinity’s Preferred Package of 200 channels, plus high-speed internet. A new washer and dryer is included in the unit adjacent to the second full bath featuring a shower and granite countertops.
Anastasia Condominiums is a gated ocean front resort-style concrete block property that also includes a heated pool and tennis courts. A variety of locally-owned restaurants are close by, as well as outdoor activities at Anastasia State Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater are just a few minutes away.

Unit 112 itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
However, we were not aware there would be construction renovations on the building every day this week. In fact, this construction has been an ongoing thing for several months. Every day there was tile cutting and grinding outside the front door, and jackhammering on the floor above us. Additionally, there was renovation in one complete stairwell making it unusable and more hammering to remove stucco from the opposite end of the building, blocking a beach access. Renovations and repairs are necessary, however, we were not aware this would be happening nor the extent.
We reached out to the hosts to request a discount and their response was a basic apology that the noise was affecting us, but we’ve yet to hear about any kind of discount or refund.
We’ve stayed in this condominium complex with a group of family and friends for more than 30 years. This year, by far, was the worst experience, not because of the unit itself, but rather the ongoing noises, hammering, cloud of concrete dust by our unit door and dozens of construction workers on the property daily from 8:30 - 3:30/4:00.
We hope to hear a response from the host/owners to at least be compensated for the inconvenience.
