The property was exactly as described. It is in a perfect location. It’s a first floor condo, but because the parking garage is underneath the unit, you can see the ocean over the sand dunes without any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning sipping our coffee before making the 3-4 minute walk to the ground floor, across the boardwalk, and down to the beach. From our balcony, we saw rabbits, turtles and even a deer on the lawn. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of dishes, soap, paper goods, etc. They also had beach towels and beach chairs for our use. We would stay here again!

First time in St. Augustine and this place was stunning! Steps from the beach, very close to historic district. The home was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo rental. From the very beginning, communication was thorough, clear, and helpful. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and we appreciated how conveniently the unit was to our assigned parking spot.The condo itself was exceptionally clean, warm, inviting, and felt truly luxurious. We were visiting for a graduation celebration, and our graduate felt like an absolute princess staying in the beautiful master bedroom. The ocean view was stunning—not a direct beach view, but a gorgeous view of the ocean with the relaxing sound of waves in the background. The property is extremely well maintained, and it is clear that great care is taken to keep everything in excellent condition.On our second day, we experienced a minor plumbing issue. I sent a text to Haiyan, our contact, and received a response within minutes. They immediately arranged for a plumber to come out and kept us informed every step of the process. Everyone involved was efficient, professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The issue was resolved quickly, and the plumber was in and out in no time. The level of customer service was outstanding.We loved the location as well. The property is easy to access and perfectly situated near numerous excellent restaurants, attractions, and activities. Check-out was just as smooth and hassle-free as check-in. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful property!!

Our family of 6 just spent 2 weeks traveling the state of Florida and this was our last stop and the best property by far! This property was amazing and had plenty of space for everyone! The views from the beach front balcony were amazing and were the reason we booked here in the first place. The property is part of a smaller community, making it nice and home-y. The unit was super convenient to access from the secure garage. The unit itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable for our family. The communication with the host/owner was superb. We hope to return to St. Augustine again and this would be our first choice for lodging! Highly recommend!
