Welcome to Beyers Bungalow, nestled at 343 Deer Lake Drive in the charming Deer Lake neighborhood.
Our 3-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests in cozy beds, offering a spacious and inviting home with unique features. We have added new bicycles, ping pong and corn hole and will consider pets.
Conveniently located adjacent to the private neighborhood swimming pool and park, you'll find quick and easy access for leisurely breaks, meals, or any other need that arises during your stay.
Step inside to discover an open-concept floor plan, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with bedrooms tucked away on either side. The front porch, accessible from a bonus sunroom, offers a serene view of the pond, where a variety of wildlife, including birds, alligators, and deer, can be spotted. Fire up the large gas grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience on the back porch, just steps away from the kitchen.
Indulge in the unique experience of an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Our private, spacious outdoor shower with seating provides a refreshing escape, while an additional bathroom in the garage ensures convenient accessibility. A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase.
***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to their swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $39 during the summer months and $28 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $55 during the summer months and $39 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

This was my and my teenager’s first time at Fripp Island, and Kathy was a wonderful and responsive host! From the initial booking, to the days leading up to our stay, during the stay, and after, Kathy responded to all my questions and needs. The house itself is charming, with some really unique and interesting wall hangings, books, and knick knacks. The bed linens had fun decor, and the beds super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice dishes, pots and pans, drinking glasses, utensils, storage containers, cooking utensils, the list goes on. The home is in a lovely, quiet, and shaded section by the marshes, and has a very nice, private pool for that community. The 4 bicycles that came with the house were a fun addition, as it’s great to cruise around the island on a bicycle. Everything about our stay was amazing, and Kathy is truly an excellent and gracious host! Thank you!

Overall cleanliness of in side house was good. Both porches had not been cleaned in months, with rusted furniture on back porch. Underneath house had not been cleaned either. 3 garbage cans completely full, 2 had been there a long time. When garbage service came only one was emptied, had to call to get that done!
