Welcome to 125 Sea Otter Lane, a charming coastal cottage perfectly tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on beautiful Fripp Island. This freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home blends easy island living with relaxed coastal décor, creating a bright and welcoming retreat for up to 8 guests.
Inside, you’ll find an airy open floor plan filled with natural light and soothing seaside tones. The living area flows into a thoughtfully updated kitchen, making it easy to gather for meals, games, and conversation after a day at the beach. The primary suite features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen, and the fun bunk room sleeps four, perfect for kids or friends traveling together.
Step outside to enjoy Lowcountry living at its best. Sip morning coffee on the front porch, unwind on the back deck overlooking Blue Heron Lake, and watch herons and deer wander by in their natural habitat. With single-level living and peaceful surroundings, this home feels like your own private island hideaway.
Hop into the 6-seat golf cart included with your stay...you’re just minutes from the beach, pools, golf, biking trails, and Fripp Island’s favorite spots. Whether you’re here for adventure or to simply slow down and relax, 125 Sea Otter Lane offers the perfect home base for your Fripp Island getaway.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
