About this house rental
This home comes with a 4-seater golf cart included in the rental rate. This beautiful home is on the the 3rd green of Ocean Point Golf Course. This home has a spacious yard and is visited regularly by deer. Take in the great views from a large deck off living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. Very large kitchen which is well stocked with any cooking utensil you may need. Large dining room for all to enjoy a sitdown dinner. This home has two family rooms to allow for lots of space to rest and relax with family.
This ranch style home has only 3 steps for easy access so it is perfect for guests of all ages. Enjoy spreading out in this 4,000 sq. ft. home, with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and room for up to 8 guests. Only a two minute golf cart or bycycle ride to many beach accesses. Explore the island, stroll on the sand and get ready for a rejuvenating vacation!
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Nice place, inside is very spacious and more up to date than what you see first on the outside. We loved the deer and the golf course views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with beach chairs. Next time if we stay longer will get amenity cards for eating on the island. Great time spent with family.
