About this house rental
Zoggy's Retreat…Make this three (3) bedroom/two and a half bath (2.5) home your home away from home on beautiful Fripp Island. Take in views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch. Sleeps 10.
This home is located on quiet Porpoise Circle just off of Porpoise Road and is a short golf cart ride to several beach access points (1A-8).
Furnished in coastal décor and muted tones, this warm and inviting home is only minutes from the beach via Golf Cart. The screened in back patio and open deck along with the covered front porch allows for enjoying the cool evenings on Fripp and taking in the fresh sea breezes.
The main level of the home offers a spacious living room with seating for ten (10) and a 65” smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4, half bath, dining room with seating for 6, access to the open back deck and a screened in porch (both with seating). Living room has Queen sleeper convertible sofa.
The upper level offers a master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, 36” TV (with streaming svc), private bathroom with two (2) sinks, stall shower and a large soaker tub. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with one (1) queen bed and two (2) full size beds. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination and single sink.
Bed and bath linens are provided with the rental.
***Recent updates include: lower patio area with seating, upper deck area seating, desk/chair (remote work friendly with Hi-speed WiFi)***
Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island. This house was clean and in a great location! The only thing that we would change is a more reliable golf cart.

We planned our trip to Fripp Island as a college graduation celebration for our youngest daughter. Thank goodness we found Zoggy’s Retreat! The owners had thought of everything and even left a basket of snacks and coffee pods! It was just what we needed. Relaxing, quiet, great neighbors that were kind to our grandkids. Deer everywhere! The house is beautiful and homey and has everything you need. The only problem we had was with the owner’s 6 seat golf cart the very first day. They were very responsive and we ended up renting one on our own. Other than that, perfect stay and perfect vacation we all needed! Highly recommend and may stay there again next year!

My family and I absolutely had an amazing week. The house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was so nice. The neighbors were so nice. My grandsons loved all the wildlife. It was so nice to be able to set as a family of 8 at the dining room table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Again such an amazing week.
