About this house rental
This NON-SMOKING 2700 sq ft home is well equipped for family vacations, reunions, graduations, business if you must, and just plain fun in the sun along with 'Man's Best Friend'. (PET FRIENDLY with nonrefundable $50 fee/pet. Excessive damages will add additional costs).
This home accommodates 10 persons sleeping. Additional unclaimed overnight guests will be assessed fees.
Occasions that host more than 10 may require an event fee. We are able to host small events with notice. Please contact the owner for more information. We are located within a 5-minute walk to local beach. 17 miles from Hunting Island State Park. 22.3 miles from Parris Island.
Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room (seats 8), eat-in Kitchen (seats 2), 2 porches (one with table +4 chairs) rockers, loungers
Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms, (2 twins, DBL), bonus room w/ couch, table & 4 chairs, electronic keyboard, pool table, multiple gameboards, cards, puzzles
Outdoors: paved patio, wood swing, picnic table, fire pit, Weber grill, and outdoor shower.
Call your family and friends to come by ringing our Large Outdoor Church Bell (see picture)
Available for rent:
Golf Cart (4 person) $40/day.
Tandem Kayak (2 person) $20/day.
Paddle Board (1 person) $20/day.
Will provide life jackets of assorted sizes up to 180 pounds.
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age.
There is not garbage pickup at Bell Point, so we ask that you deposit any refuse at the local recycling station.

Did not know it was pet friendly,no traces of animals.kitchen was fully stocked and clean.Miss Jane was a great host. Very quiet neighborhood. Really loved the old fort for morning walks to the beach. This is a really nice place to stay. Would stay here again

Weekend trip with family. Walking distance to beach. Older kids enjoyed exploring Fort Freemont. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was as described and Jane was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.
