Located in SAINT CYPRIEN PLAGE, a dynamic seaside resort with 6 km of fine sand with an international golf course and indoor swimming pool, a marina and fishing port with direct sale of fish by fishermen.
In a quiet residential area, close to the port, about 60 metres from the beach, on the second floor with balcony and sea view of a recent building (built in 1988) of 12 apartments called RESIDENCE DE LA PLAGE,
at the intersection of rue Ingres and rue Rodin, adjacent to the "Les Glycines" hotel residence, and almost opposite
the hotel-restaurant "Mar i Sol" (follow the signs of these establishments to easily find the residence),
A private parking space is reserved at the foot of the building.
In the immediate vicinity are all the shops and services (bakery, newsagent, grocery store, butcher, café less than 100 meters away). 900 meters from the port where 5 fishermen sell directly on stalls next to the boat pontoon. They have red mullet and sea bream of extra quality. Many parking spaces are also available, including the apartment's private parking.
SAINT CYPRIEN offers entertainment throughout the summer season and PERPIGNAN is only 20 minutes away by car and Spain is three-quarters of an hour away. If you come by train stop in ELNE, a town located 5 minutes from ST CYPRIEN, on the Perpignan Barcelona line, then take a taxi. You can also stop at Perpignan station, "The Center of the World" according to DALI and take the bus for 1 euro to Saint-Cyprien Plage.

This is a small modern T2 apartment consisting of a living room with a 130X190 sofa bed (sofa bed or sofa bed), table with 4 chairs, Side table with 2 matching folding stools, kitchenette equipped with microwave, mini-oven, table-top fridge, cutlery and kitchen utensils for 4 people), TV socket, a bedroom with a double bed (140 X 190), a bathroom (with bathtub equipped with taps with shower), a separate toilet and a large cupboard with wardrobe.
The living room opens onto a large balcony (equipped with 2 garden armchairs and a small table) with a view of the sea on the right. Hot water is provided by a 100-litre electric cumulus with rapid accumulation and electric heating by radiator-convectors.
