About this house rental
Located in a typical village in the Catalan mountains, away from the heavy traffic, the house, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people, is at the heart of cross country tracks (and pads) domain Capcir.
We are close to the family ski resort of La Quillane (5 minutes drive) and very close to the ski slopes of La Llagonne. The major ski resorts, Font Romeu, Les Angles, Pyrenees 2000 are within 10 km and a very easy access.
For your ski business (hardware and combinations) garage is available, equipped with a boiler it will allow the rapid drying of your business. We also pay sledges for your children.
You will appreciate the warmth of this property through the provision of a raclette, fondue and a timber device for the fireplace to relax after a day of effort.
A grocery store will be available (only seconds walk!) with very attractive prices and local products. Many farmers are also present in the village to stock up on fruits and vegetables.
For summer many walks available to you, explore the forest, wildlife, and many and varied activities, fishing, sailing, rafting, swimming, gliding, parachute riding ...... .. .
around you will find both natural warm water baths that more sofistiqués pleasures like bowling, casinos and many clubs.
Shopping is also possible, Spain and Andorra are nearby ...

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en la casa. La localización buenísima, para llegar a todos los puntos de la Cerdanya francesa. Casa muy acogedora, buenas vista y bien equipada. Hay una pequeña Epicerie en el pueblo con personal muy amable y atento. Una granja escuela cerca y un puesto de legumbres y producto local bajando la carretera. El lago Matamala a tiro de piedra y la parada de bus de las Bullosas a 5 minutos. Un enclave perfecto.We had a wonderful week at the house. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the key spots in the French Cerdanya. The house is very cozy, with great views and well equipped. There is a small épicerie in the village with very friendly and attentive staff. Nearby, there’s a farm school and a stand selling vegetables and local products down the road. Lake Matemale is just a stone’s throw away, and the bus stop for Les Bouillouses is only 5 minutes away. A perfect spot.

nous avons passé une semaine trés agréable en famille dans cette maison confortable , agréable, ensoleillée, avec un feu de cheminée que nous avons grandement apprécié durant les soirées. La région est magnifique et la station de la quillane à 2 Km est formidable pour les petits enfants ainsi que le ski à voile pour les plus grands.
