Ideally located just minutes from Erquy's Bourg beach and town center, this beautiful stone house offers a warm and welcoming setting for your seaside holidays. Sleeping up to 7 people, it's perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
Enjoy the Bourg beach, just a short walk away, as well as the stunning beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais, ideal for swimming, walks, and exploring unspoiled landscapes.
The center of Erquy, with its shops, lively market, and all amenities, is just minutes away, allowing you to fully experience local life.
This house offers:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV, stereo) and a dining table for 7 guests;
- A separate kitchen with: sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric blender/mixer, kettle, toaster, and various other accessories (juicer, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- A bedroom with a standard double bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom with a bathtub;
- Separate WC;
On the first floor:
- A first bedroom with two twin beds (80x200cm) and a washbasin (sink and mirror);
- A second bedroom with three standard single beds (90x190cm);
- A shower room with a shower, sink, and WC;
- A fully furnished double terrace with a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, parasol, and sun loungers;
- A fully enclosed garden;
- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach equipment, etc.)
- Parking available in designated spaces in the driveway.
- Included: bed linens, household linens (towels and dish towels).
- Wi-Fi access subject to 5G network coverage.
- End-of-stay cleaning included (subject to the agency's internal regulations).
