We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Christian's property in Fort Walton Beach! We were in town for my son's 9U PG baseball tournament at Preston Hood Athletic Complex, and the location could not have been more convenient—just a 4-minute drive to the ball fields.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Christian was an excellent host, responding quickly to any questions and making the entire process smooth and stress-free.If you're visiting the area, especially for baseball tournaments, I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

We chose this house solely based on the living space, because we needed to cook meals and have space to lounge and visit. We Vrbo a lot and have been repeatedly let down at insufficient seating, dishes, etc. despite listing promises to accommodate a certain number of people. This house was spacious and comfortable! The dishes were spotless and ample, and the house was extremely well-appointed! One huge bonus we loved about the location is that while it is close to everything, it is tucked away from the hubbub and sea of people. We were there Memorial Day weekend and REALLY appreciated that! Also, the jets in the master bathtub was a blessing to aching muscles after our 14 hour drive.

This rental met our needs. Rented for a week long stay in the Destin area. Easy access to several beaches. There were a few beach things provided, including a couple fild up chairs. This was very helpful Neighborhood is fairly quiet. House was clean with all kitchen items we needed. Bathrooms and laundry area were good, as well. Seating in living room was somewhat limited for our 6 person family, but we brought in chairs from the porch. Virtually no communication from the owner. I had to reach out for the front door code after getting initial check-in email and notification. There was no follow-up from the owner upon our arrival or during our stay.
