The Purple Condo at Papaya Republic is a Caribbean-chic, two-level vacation home with a private entrance in Tradewinds, a quiet residential neighborhood just east of Utila town, Bay Islands, Honduras.





The space: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 double beds), 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 5. New inverter A/C, hotel-quality beds, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a second-floor deck with sea, palm and mangrove views. Curtain rods, dressers, nightstands and stairs were handcrafted by Honduran woodworkers from local hardwoods like cedar, mahogany, laurel and guanacaste.





Location: 5 minutes by tuk-tuk or golf cart (a 15 to 20 minute walk) to Main Street, Bando Beach, restaurants and Utila's top dive shops on the Mesoamerican Reef. Free parking for your golf cart on site.



Arrival: check-in from 10:00 AM, checkout by 11:00 AM. Share your ferry time and we'll arrange our trusted tuk-tuk and welcome you in person, plus our favorite tips for diving, whale sharks and where to eat.



Ideal for friends and families who love diving, beaches, nature and good food.
