Edgewater is a small complex with a total of 28 units. No need to fight for your front row spot on the beach!

Be sure to request second parking pass a week PRIOR to your stay. Second parking pass requested day of check-in cannot be guaranteed.
You are within walking distance to the most sought after places in Gulf Shores including; The Hangout, surf shops, Bahama Bob's, a local grocery store for last minute needs, liquor store, Island Ice Cream, and MORE!! You are a short drive from grocery stores, Walmart, Dollar General, MORE restaurants, Waterville, and Tanger Outlets (in Foley).

In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Excellent view of the beach (enclosed) but still able to open doors to feel the sun. Our kids loved staying here and was great location! We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed being only a few minutes away from shops and places to eat. Room was very clean and accommodated our stay very well.

Everything was perfect. From location (right on beach, close to restaurants and shopping and Walmart is a few miles away), pool was clean and usually empty, outdoor showers were helpful, to check in to place itself was easy. The traffic around the location is nutty at times and takes forever to go a few miles; however, no fault of the location itself. Place was described accurately, check in and out super easy, communication with management was easy when we had a slight issue with water (knobs were marked opposite and the water heater switch was off) and they easily and quickly addressed concerns and how to fix. Loved the master bedroom was separate from the kids room for a change! Big bathrooms and perfect size kitchen for a family of five. Big closets and clean and safe feeling area overall. Would stay again!

Great location. Very clean. Leasing agent was great in replacing missing coffee pot. We stayed twice this summer. FYI , does not have outside balcony.
