Close proximity to town and all its amenities. On the beach at arguably th best surfing spot in Tamarindo. Pool was small but perfect. Grounds were well maintained and safety was never in question. Howler Monkeys every day through the treetops. Ant eater, iguanas, and Ramona, oh my. Note: 2 separate buildings with separate entrances. Fine for our teenage boys.

Great location right in front of Suizo's break which was great for our kids. We were still close enough to town to not feel isolated but far enough away to miss the crowds. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very nice property with a lot of space on fenced in compound. You are beach level unlike some properties in this area which are on a bluff. Beautiful view with easy access to beginner surfing break. The courtyard immediately outside the gate is a publicly used area - much of the time for a couple of massage tables which can be a nice perk! Very close to restaurants and shops though we found having a golf cart to be very helpful. Be aware there are two separate buildings on this property, which was great for us being a family with adult children. Daily housekeeping and groundskeeper did a very nice job. Be ready for some local wildlife to greet you, we saw iguanas, monkeys, lots of exotic birds and the apparently ubiquitous squirrels and raccoons. Jonathan the property manager was excellent in helping us plan our stay and deal with issues during our visit. He made a 4/5 star property into a 5/5 star experience. We love Tamarindo and will definitely be back.
