It is located inside the gated community of Punta San Francisco. This beautiful neighborhood of luxury houses is 1 block away from the ocean. It's located near Tamarindo point and has easy access to both Tamarindo and Langosta Beach.

Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.
The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.
There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The guests will have access to the entire property.
Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.
Guests will also have access to the Langosta Beach Club where you can enjoy beach front dining, large infinity pool, spa services and much more.
Completed in 2020, this newly constructed house with a private pool and expansive terrace has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main area consists of a large living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this area opens up to the beautiful modern pool, and right next to it the outside barbecue/patio.
The master bedroom with its king-size bed and office area provides views out to the pool and gorgeous garden. Set away from the other bedrooms, this provides a great retreat for mom and dad.
Enjoy cooking your fresh catch inside or outside by the BBQ area. With plenty of counter space and entertainment, the best restaurant in Tamarindo might just be what you cook up in this unbelievable home. Speaking of the outside, the pool and patio area will make it hard to want to leave the house. The pool offers a shallow deck area to relax while staying cool and then when you are thirsty, you can head over to the swim-up bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail.
Two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are great options for kids or friends. And the last room has 2 bunk beds. The entire house has excellent wifi coverage and plenty of space to gather or retreat to a private spot to enjoy the novel you've been waiting to read.

Cross the Playa Langosta estuary and you will find miles of pristine beaches.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished five-star review based on your details:⸻This property was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed with modern finishes, great lighting, and a super fun pool and bar area that made our stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just minutes from everything in Tamarindo, making it easy to explore, dine, and enjoy the beach.We felt a real sense of appreciation for the nearby community. Everyone was welcoming and kind, which added so much warmth to our experience.One helpful note for future guests: the condo community has a closed gate on the southwest side, close to the actual property. When we originally booked, we assumed that road would be accessible, but it is not. This didn’t stop guests from easily coming and going, but it’s definitely something worth knowing ahead of time.All in all, an amazing stay in a gorgeous place. Five stars without hesitation!

Oasis Del Mar was excellent. Short reasons:1. The property matched the ad, with a great pool surrounded by bedrooms. It made for really fun nights watching Netflix at the swim up bar, and walking to the beach for sunsets.2. Good location between Langosta beach (more coarse, more rocky, stronger waves) and Tamarindo Beach (finer grained sand, few rocks, family-friendly waves).3. Langosta Beach Club was included and definitely was a fun place to spend some days with food, pool, cabanas, beach access.4. Cleaning and facilities were simple and well done.5. Supplies (dishwasher pods, plenty of towels, lots of toilet paper) all plentiful and included, and accessible.It was a great place to stay and highly recommended!
