Located on the ground level, this adorable vacation condo is just perfect. With only a few steps between this cozy condo and the pool and just a short distance to the beach- it’s clean, cool and close! The beachy interior along with new flooring and comfortable furnishings make it the perfect place to come home to after some fun in the sun. Plus, a clean and fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and flat screen TVs in every room add the comforts of home. Enjoy the use of a beach cruiser bicycle to see the sights of the neighborhood. The desk provides a convenient workspace to take care of business while away from the office. The only difference is this Destin, FL vacation home comes with the Gulf of Mexico as an accessory!
Crystal Village boasts a unique octagonal architecture encircling a sparkling pool deck that makes it a memorable vacation spot to return to year after year. Moreover, its location in Miramar Beach puts you in the middle of all that Destin and South Walton have to offer. Catch a movie at the Destin Commons only a mile to the west or play some golf at one of four courses that are less than five minutes away. Or do absolutely nothing but relax at the beach just around the corner or in the pool just out your patio doors!
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front and back doors.

Cox cable in living room and primary bedroom. Guest bedroom provides streaming services only.
No pets allowed
No open flame grilling allowed
NO SMOKING in or around property
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Well maintained, convenient access to beach, short 10 min walk, with beach service for two (umbrella and chairs ready for you at beach each day, give property card to beach attendant on first day). Property had 4 or more additional chairs to carry to beach if you need extras. No grill onsite. No cooler onsite to carry to beach. Only one bike. TV in each bedroom plus living room. Some beach toys for young ones. Pool and area were clean, not made for large groups at one time. Property description says sleeps 6, and that is true, but space would be tight for 6 adults. Property management was very responsive to the two outreaches we had. We traveled by air to get to Destin, so If the property would have had a beach cooler (and grill), it would have been perfect for us. Would reccommend to others and would stay again.
