Private beach access short drive from property. Deers everywhere. Property sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Listing says up to 10 however, I would not stretch it beyond 8. Clean property with all necessities. I would rent on "south" side of river to minimize the drive to events.
Overall, all had good times and memories.

Crystal was a very responsive and helpful. Area was beautiful. Place was great and we were particularly impressed with the well supplied kitchen. Our teens especially enjoyed having control over the extra AC in their bedroom! Adults enjoyed hiking at Balcones Canyonlands (even in the heat!) in addition to the lake activities.
