"The pearl of well-being": a haven of peace, in the Périgord Noir in Charpenet haut, 5 minutes from TERRASSON LAVILLEDIEU, you will find calm, great comfort, facing south around wooded areas.
Magnificent private swimming pool 8 x 4 deckchairs. Large terrace recently renovated and furnished.
Very pleasant to have breakfast, aperitif, meals.... And at night.
Capacity 2 to 8 people.
Very pretty and comfortable contemporary air-conditioned house of 152 m², on one level, suitable for people with difficulties: elderly, amputees...
Interior recently tastefully revamped, very cozy and cocooning.

- a living room with equipped kitchen of 66 m²
- 4 bedrooms:
* 1 master suite with its private shower room and toilet with bed of 160, 2 large bay windows overlooking the pool
* 1 with a bed 160, also 2 large bay windows overlooking the pool
* 1 with a bed 180 or 2 x 90
* 1 with a bed BZ 140 fitted out in small living room
- 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet
Its spacious poolhouse with shower and toilet. Barbecue. Large parking space.
2,000m² enclosed garden with electric gate.
The outside is very quiet. In the evening, you can enjoy the dances of the rabbits, the passage of the deer......

Its location is ideal for visits to the Périgord Noir, Corrèze and Lot nearby.
- 4 km from Terrasson Lavilledieu with:
* its famous market on Thursday mornings on the old bridge
* the garden of the imagination
* its city visit with the sarcophagi, the cluzeaux: possibility to visit the city with a greeter.
* ........ (the proximities without the nuisance).
All shops are 4 km away (supermarket, baker, butcher, post office, bank, bar-tobacconist-petrol, florist...) as well as all services (doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacy etc....)
