About this villa rental
Situated in a quiet gated driveway with just one other villa, the house overlooks the Greek Island of Meis. It is one of few houses with direct access down to swimming platforms at the sea. This is accesible by a driveway and steps leading down. The swimming platform is shared with the next door villa.
The house is spacious and modern.
Downstairs, the spacious living room has confortable seating and an open plan dining area. Patio doors open out to the pool and terrace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. There's a separate toilet in the hallway.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The rooms share a spacious balcony with spectacular sea views.
There's snother separate self contained double bedroom below the terrace. This has own private entrance, balcony, bathroom and kitchenette.
The terrace/pool area has plenty of shady areas and lots of places to catch sun.

Really comfortable villa with a great living area and fabulous views. In a quiet and peaceful location so very relaxing. A car is probably essential, although one or two restaurants and a small shop are walkable if you’re fit and able. It’s worth mentioning that access to the villa is down a very steep road (not unexpected and usual for this area but certainly not walkable unless you’re fairly fit) and to access the swimming platform is further down the same very steep road, followed by a lot of steps which aren’t easy at all. The top of the steps where they leave the road is in bad repair, so they are quite dangerous to use especially with children or the less able. Hence we imagined using the platform a lot when we made the booking (it was one of the main reasons we chose the villa) but it really was a bit of a challenge so disappointingly we weren’t able to. The platform and loungers are also a bit scruffy and not well maintained.Overall we had a relaxing time, the views are amazing and we got over the disappointment of not having usable access to the sea.
