About this villa rental
Villa Maria is designed by famous Danish Architect Peter Bolther in 2009. The location of the villa is in perfect location in Yeniköy, Kas, Antalya having both the sea and forest view away from humidity and crowd of the center.
Villa went through a complete renovation in 2019 with us as new owners. Every detail is being thought for your comfort with use of luxurious indoor and outdoor appliances and furnitures.
Villa Maria easily accommodates 6 persons with 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. Bedrooms are consisting of 2 kingsize beds and 1 twin beds. Total living area is 190 m^2. The villa has its own private pool which is completely renovated in 2019.
We use digitally controlled sea salt for chlorination in the pool. The system also checks PH levels continuously. Very few villa owners use this system in whole Kas area as it is expensive but the most healthy method for pool cleaning.
The garden of the villa in five areas is watered automatically by five computers to have nice flowers and incredible spring smell around the villa.
