About this villa rental
Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This floor leads to the main terrace(100m2) with barbecue, outside dining, sun beds and infinity pool.
Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.
Upstairs has also very large oval terrace with comfortable sofas where you can relax with breath taking views.
All in all second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is fitted out as a stunning home with all inventory to a high standard, luxury furnishings and designer bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned. At the terrace there are sun loungers, chairs and dining areas with many different terrace spaces.
By Request, Pool Heating is available with an extra charge of 80 €/day during cold months. It needs minimum 2 days to heat it up prior to arrival.

Villa Mavi Manzara is a lovely villa in a prime location on the peninsula near Kas town. Excellent communications with the owner and helpful onsite manager. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house is as advertised and the pictures are accurate to what you can expect. The pool area and view are stunning and make the stay a special experience, you are in a very private area and enjoy the view entirely to yourself without any interaction with neighbors. Be aware that this area isn't great if you're looking for a beach to lay on - the waters around the peninsula are deep and the areas you can swim from are essentially a ladder into the water.

The bedrooms are large and all but the twin room have excellent views. The kitchen is well supplied and there are two dining tables, one inside and one outside so there is plenty of room to dine at the villa. There is even a grill on the patio that we used. The patio also has several lounge chairs and seating areas for sun or shade lovers. There are several steps down to the villa from the road so people with mobility issues will fine this villa difficult to navigate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our host and his local support team were very helpful and generous with their time in arranging transportation and excursions. We felt well taken care of and recommend staying at Villa Mavi Manzara

Oral our host was amazing! From the first day I booked the stay all the way through checkout. He really made the process easy and very convenient. The house is exactly as it says, and it is absolutely beautiful. What a great view and even better pool. Spent the week with our son and his three friends. We all had a great time. Oral is a super host and you won’t regret picking the spot for your next holiday. Thank you Oral. You’re the best!! Can’t wait until next time!
