We loved the property being so close to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and overall relaxed vibe of the area was wonderful. We would return.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We have rented several different units at Chateaux and this unit was the most expensive but in the poorest condition. The furnishing were dated and uncomfortable with some damage: a large rip in a chair and broke blind slats. There were also tiny insects, maybe ants, on the kitchen counters and floors. On the upside, the shower was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. And, of course, the view from the balcony can't be beat.
