Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt outlet in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.

Amazing location. Literal steps from the beach. Wonderful view. Smooth check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here!

This is hands-down one of the cutest rentals I have ever stayed in! Checking in was an absolute breeze thanks to the host, who sent over all the check-in details well in advance. The space was pristine, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect backdrop for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The patio holds a perfect view of the ocean, and made it nice to sit out with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. What truly sets this place apart are the thoughtful amenities. As someone who always stresses about using stark white hotel towels, I was so grateful for the dark linens and dedicated makeup cloths. Combined with a prime location right in the heart of town, this stay was as convenient as it was charming. I highly recommend staying here!
