Location, location, location!!! This home is located right in the heart of Capitola Village and steps to the beach! Downtown Capitola is home to some of the most charming restaurants, shops, tap houses and wine bars! Even though you are only steps away from all the action, this house is tucked away in a quiet and safe street that has gorgeous views of Depot Hill and The Trestle. Wake up every morning to stroll down Capitola's charming Riverview Ave. (right across the street), walk down to Capitola Beach and onto the Wharf. Pleasure Point is also only a few minutes walk away! This is truly a beach lover's dream getaway.
An abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, cafe, are all steps away from the house!
I did not have a car with me the entire week I stayed here and I found it absolutely easy to get whatever I needed, literally just steps away.

The house was in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The garage parking was a bonus. The manager was helpful and a great communicator. We were a party of 6 and very comfortable in this luxury home!

Our family had a wonderful time here! This home is in a great location (less than a 5 minute walk to everything in town) and the place is brand new. They've thought of everything. We loved it and so did our kids. 10 year old review: It was nice and comfy! 12 year old review: I loved the radiant heating, and the showers were great! On top of that, the owners are super responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you, owners!We strongly recommend this home if you're looking for a getaway in a charming town!
