This property was the absolute perfect location for our fourth of July getaway. 60 seconds of walking will get you to downtown Capitola, and another minute will have you at the beach. The home itself clean and comfortable. It is a beach house with a 70's/80's vibe, but everything was functional, clean and useable. Towels and bedding were plentiful, and the kitchen had basics (salt/pepper/cooking spray....no coffee though, be sure to bring!) The rooftop was a fun addition to have our morning breakfast and afternoon cocktails. We thought we were going to have 8 people but only 5 ended up coming....8 would still have been very comfy! We would definitely book this property again. Management company was very communicative and confirmed everything before our arrival.
