With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive)
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, Trader Joes (3-5 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (13 minute drive)

Other Things to Note:
- Please note that access to the unit requires climbing a flight of stairs.
- The two reserved parking spaces are located inside the complex's parking garage, with a clearance of just under 7 feet. Additionally, paid street parking is available nearby.
- Please note that this is a single unit that shares walls with neighboring homes.
- The Capitola Village neighborhood is lively and conveniently located near a main road, which means there’s occasional traffic noise. If a quiet environment is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

the location and parking garage were perfect Quite a few steps to get into the unit and then a lot of steps down to the lower bed and bathroom but we were all capable not having to drive once we arrived made the trip ideal

Great location, nice place. Ovean view, well stocked. 3 full bathrooms and 2 parking spots was a plus. Host fee was a lot but we had a special event weekend to go to in town so was worth it!

You can’t beat the location of this condo right across from the beach and steps away from the beautiful shops and restaurants of Capitola! The safe, underground parking for two cars was very nice as well.

The house is spacious and clean and placed in the perfect area of Capitola. We stay in Capitola annually and this has been the best place yet! Honestly I can’t think of a single complaint. It is super secured so we felt safe leaving the teens while we did date night. The set up creates privacy as well so it is a great place for families while still giving you couple time.
