Enjoy your stay at Casa Valentina: a beautiful Yucatecan home in the heart of Mérida! This space has just been remodeled, furnished, and fully equipped in the traditional Yucatecan style. The location is excellent, right on Calle 66, close to Santa Lucía, Santa Ana, and the Cathedral. It features 2 lovely and comfortable bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, a gorgeous living room, a bright dining room, a colorful kitchen, and a spacious garden with a stunning turquoise pool.
The space
This is a lovely place! The spacious layout and high ceilings give it a grand and open feel. The entrance leads into a cozy living room area, which sets the tone for relaxation and comfort. On the left side of the living room is a bedroom featuring two single beds and a full bathroom, providing ample space for guests or family members.
Continuing through the living room, you’ll find the dining room, which is perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. Just to the left of the dining room is the door to the master bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom. This private and spacious bedroom offers a comfortable retreat for the homeowner.
The fully equipped kitchen is another highlight of the house, featuring all the necessary amenities and a refrigerator for storing food and drinks. The kitchen table overlooks the garden and swimming pool, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a casual meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A chukum swimming pool nestled in a beautiful garden is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Very nice home and a great place to stay. Everything was very clean. It was just a short walk to plenty of places to eat and shop. Uber and taxis were very quick and inexpensive for our trips further than a walk. Communication with the manager was great.

We loved the beautiful house it has everything you need. We walked to the center, the parks and restaurants. If we got tired at the end of the night took an uber for 5.00 back to the house. I didn’t get into the pool because we had tours to take. And at night the mosquitoes were outside. But I enjoyed the scenery while drink my coffee out the big sliding door. Next time I’ll try not to go in the rainy season again.

We had an amazing time at Casa Valentina. We were a group of 4 adults who absolutely loved the home. It was the perfect respite after hot days exploring Mérida and the surrounding areas. In fact, we often found we wanted to stay home in the evenings rather than go out because we were so comfortable there. We loved our mornings with coffee out by the pool. The house is very well designed and the host has clearly anticipated what travelers and guests would/could need during a stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, thoughtful and relaxing abode during a trip to Mérida.
