Can't beat the location, easy to walk to everything in Centro.
The windows and doors are to porous, not only do bugs come in easily but you hear everything at night. You will hear every bus, motorcylce, and dog barking. Also there is no television nor A/C downstairs, so both the wife and I were stuck together in the one room so if felt more like a hotel. We wanted a house to get away from each other, with only one TV and A/C we spent a lot of time together. If a few more dollars were spent in windows, doors, TV, and A/C it would be perfect.
