Gorgeous beachfront condo in pointe west! 'LICENSE TO CHILL' features three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your pointe west vacation. It is located on the second level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo and is just a short walk to the Beach Club.
This condo offers: a king bedroom, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, NEWLY FURNISHED living room nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time. , Everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is provided with this unit.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always great. We love the location with the view of the private beach and within walking distance to the pool. Also enjoy that it is a corner unit with shaded afternoons on the balcony. It is always clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The property was fine. Clean and as pictured. The location is beautiful but far away from everything. Don’t plan on using door dash or anything like that. Walmart is 27 mins away so as long as you plan for that and to cook all your meals, you will be fine.
The resort has no marketplace or open restaurants. You pay $25 per person to use the amenities such as the pool, game room and fitness center but the pool was closed down 3 out of 4 days of our stay with no water. Use of the game room should be included but it’s an additional $5 to use each time. ($25 cc payment with $20 refund after returning equipment.)
The elevators were not working so we had to carry our luggage and everything up and down the stairs.
It was jelly fish season so we could not enjoy the beach. This should have been addressed prior as it happens every year but coming from Georgia, we were not aware. The Man O war jellyfish were beautiful to look at, but they are dangerous.
Over all the property was fine but I would have like to know about these issues prior to booking and I would like a refund on the amenities charge since we were not able to use those either for more than 4 hours.
