The property consists of a two-bedroom main house and a detached guesthouse with and lower and upper-level studio unit located in the gated tropical garden for a total of 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main house living area, bedrooms, and studios have A/C. The setup is perfect for four couples or a family of 8 with older children who can sleep on a different floor or in the detached studios independently from their parents.
The villa is located in the residential and security-gated community of South Akumal Beach. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and sea kayaking. Due to the proximity of the inshore coral reef, the beach entry can be a bit rocky in places, so water shoes are recommended.
Casa Chaca's main house has a large living area with WIFI, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, a full kitchen and dining area for 6 with a beachside terrace, and an outdoor shower with four kayaks.
- The main level bedroom has a queen bed, writing desk, ensuite bath, bathtub, and shower.
- The entire upper level consists of the master suite with a king bed and a large separate bath with a huge bathtub, shower, and private terrace.

Wonderful 10 days.the housekeeping was terrific and Jaime and Rosa ( our in house cooks were outstanding . The food was excellent and the service was great. The room setup works great for families.We really enjoyed our time at Casa Chaca and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Great place to spend a week, very quiet neighborhood, but not much within walking distance. There is one restaurant just under 1.5 miles of beach walking.Could have greatly benefited from an over.

Great home-- it's very clean and comfortable with a nice waterfront and lovely view. The pool is clean, the grounds well maintained, and the neighborhood quiet and feels safe. The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. Management is responsive to messages and requests. The meals cooked at home were delicious. You will need water shoes to enter the sea because entrance it's rocky. There was a power outage the last night, so it would have been good if there was a backup generator or flashlights. Mosquitos come into the home (when opening door screens to enter/ exit the house), so it would be good if staff could spray every evening if requested, or if mosquito nets were placed above beds. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Casa Chaca. Jaime, Guille, and Zaydi were all so helpful in making our stay comfortable. Even with the seaweed, we were able to snorkel and kayak. Jaime cooked for us a couple of nights as well. We will definitely go back!
